fully bonded Spanish registered travel agent. We are licenced to sell holidays worldwide.
In Spain, all tour operators and travel agencies are
obliged by law to deposit a bond of 60.000€ and, in
addition, all travel agents need to ensure monies
paid by the clients with a public liability
insurance of 600,000€. There are a very strict
controls of compliance of this law. Our
C.I.A.N.policy number is N/4.607.740 (the Spanish
equivalent to the UK’s ABTA, the Dutch ANVR, the DRV
in Germany or the French SNAV).
