Located right on the Mediterranean seafront and its
own 18 hole golf course designed by Severiano
Ballesteros, tennis and paddle courts, indoor and
outdoor pools, four football pitches, a Spa and
Fitness Centre as well as a choice of restaurants
and bars to eat and drink, the Oliva Nova Beach and
Golf Hotel is the ideal place to play as well as
relax. Try the local paella, invented in this part
of Spain.
The hotel´s spacious rooms with terrace all have
great views either of the sea, golf, gardens or
pool, and are equipped with air conditioned, flat
screen TV with satellite channels, safe and minibar.
Extensive onsite practice facilities include a
driving range with 25 bays, two putting greens, two
chipping areas and bunkers, great to get warmed up
before teeing off in the year round sunshine.
The course itself, a par 72, offers great variety
for golfers with short, medium and long holes as
well as right and left hand dog leg fairways. Water
plays a part in the difficulty of the course, with a
number of lakes placed as obstacles along its 6,270
metres length. The course has hosted many
championship tournaments including the Peugeot Oki
Spanish National Championship.
