The Los Naranjos golf course is a classic Robert
Trent Jones Sr. design with wide fairways,
strategically placed bunkers and water hazards and
large, undulated greens.
A special Trent Jones Sr. trademark are the long
runway tees that make it possible to set up the
course differently from day to day.
One of the Robert Trent Jones Sr. design concepts is
an easy bogey-difficult par.
This is very much evident at Los Naranjos where you
are often faced with difficult shots into the greens
guarded by big bunkers and water hazards.
Course management is all important and you should
play the course according to your ability!
The Los Naranjos greens are firm and fast, recently
renewed they feature A4 Agrostis bent grass.
The fairways and tees are Bermuda 328, an ideal
surface for the local climate.
